Lækkerier på en Søndag






Igår fik jeg afprøvet to nye opskrifter til næste nummer af Mad!. Den første var lynstegt tun med peberrodsmos, sojasauce og koriander pesto. Mmm, tunen var SÅ lækker. Det er bare dumt det er så pokkers dyrt. Desserten var Chokoladefondant med karmelliseret mandler, syltede blommer og lakridspulver. Uhh, fondanten var god. Den skal jeg helt sikkert lave igen.


English - Delicacy on a Sunday:

Yesterday I tried two new recipes. The first one was stir-fried tuna with horseradish mash, soya sauce and coriander pesto. Mmm, the tuna was amazing. It's to bad that it is so expensive.The dessert was chocolate fondant with caramelized almonds, pickled plums and liquorice powder. The chocolate fondant was SO good. Loved the bleeding heart. Yummi. I'm defiantly doing that one again.
